My phone is restarted and remains frozen on the screen sony will not let you turn it off , and try the hard reset and No shows me I reset ara options that do need help and information you have inside does not matter.

Can you please remove the SD card and SIM card and try it again?

I am not sure about the e3 but that should have a small pinhole near the Sim card slot. Using something really thin try to press the button inside the pinhole and the device should turn off.

As CameronT advised remove the Sim card and the SD card and try to restart the phone, does it work?

If yes, turn it off and add the Sim card. Restart.. Does it work?

If yes then turn it off and try again adding the SD card.. Does it work?

If yes, was just a temporary issue...

If it does not, try repairing your phone with XC, if after that the phone still don't start up correctly then it's time to contact local support.
