My SE Xperia Neo V erroneous notification about battery life.

I got my phone last february. I don't have any problem in its battery life until now. My notifies me when 20% and 15% battery life is left. It only dies when there's 10 % remaining. But now when my phone notifies me that it has 20% remaining bat life in a few secs it notifies me again teling me theres 1% remaining and then my phone is DEAD. How come this happens? And how will i fix this?

Have you tried updating the software / repairing the software in the handset?

Meybe this problems will gone with firmware 4.1.B.0.578 , on Your Neo-V , but Sony must start updating process on Neo-V
