My Screen is not responding

my touchscreen is not respoding and i cant use the pc compain because i have too unlock the phone for it to pick up so i cant use it 😕

run PCC and follow the steps to update > turn off your phone > and give it a shot, if you have SUS installed then you could still use it, if not, you can no longer download it

i cant use PCC cuz my phone wont let me unlock y screen to detect it

It is not supported anymore but it might still work.
