My Phone z1 not display Pictures on SD card

Hi. I have transfer Pictures and videos from Phone memory to SD card. But I can't open it. Anybody know whats a problem might be?

This might be the case of either a fake or broken microSD. Can you try to format it and report back?

I see all Pictures but i can't open it.That means I have lost everything on SD card If card is broken?

Not sure yet. First,try settings-apps-all,look for media storage. Force stop and clear data. Restart. Wait for the files to be indexed.

But I don't know how to copy before I format it.

Can you try the steps I mentioned above? After that,we'll see if media is still not available.
