my phone xperia z2 isnt getting charged

my phone is not getting charged up with its charger and not even by its magnetic charger (DK36) like as soon as i connect my phone to a charger or the dock it starts vibrating and the led starts blinking. but its totally different when i connect it wth my pc it gets connected  help me out please

Hi @harOOn_uDDin,

I suggest that you try forcing a shut down with the small button that is located behind the micro SIM card slot cover. Hold it down for about 10 seconds and then try to charge your phone again.

no good its still the same way it was

You might want to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

I agree with @uliwooly, contact your local support for information on how you can get your phone examined at an authorised service center.
