My phone vibrates while typing

How do I disable vibration while typing?  I have done the settings > language & input > xperia keyboard setting symbol > sound and vibration > Vibration on keypress OFF.  But, it still vibrates while I type.  It is very annoying and it uses battery.  I hope somebody can help with this problem.  Thanks a lot!

If you are running 4.4 then check Settings then Sound then Vibrate on touch

I have checked it.  Vibrate on Touch is unchecked.  But it still vibrates when I type.  I have the phone for barely 24 hours.

3. Other sounds
4. Vibrate on touch

Nothing is checked under sound. But as I type it still vibrates.

You can boot the device on Safe mode and see if this persists:

Perhaps there is an app you´ve installed that is generating the vibration.

Are you using a third party messaging app? or keyboard?

3rd party messaging app?apart from the apps that are already in the phone when I opened it, I downloaded whatsapp and skype. I even uninstalled facebook and twitter. Other than that I haven't done anything since I got the phone exactly 24hrs ago. I haven't done anything with the keyboarf either.

I just set it on safe mode, and it also vibrated when I typed.
