i don't know what to do. hoping for a reply/help. thank you!
was the phone exposed to water or anywhere near it?
let the device cool down first, then try to connect your device to wallmount charger, wait for 2hours try to see if it charges (red led to orange)
try to connect to pc, does it get detected? if yes, then try software repair using Xperia Companion
yes, t'was exposed to water a while back. thank you. i hope it will work, coz im not that techie.
can you check if the water damage indicator is red? open the flaps and you can see a small opening .
please stop charging if it is red, it means that the device is water damage and you need to send it to your local service center for repairs Local support
where to see the water damage indicator? can't see any.
it supposed to be a white small box. like a sticker, but if water entered the device, it will turn red, try to look at your usb/sim/sd flaps.
i cant find it. i only saw a small yellow square that has "off" word beside it. what can i do now?
it is something like this. http://www.etradesupply.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/check-the-damp-sticker.jpg
i looked at it again, still i was not able to find it. maybe my phone doesn't have that water indicator? what other possible things can i do?
all xperia have this, this is to know wheather liquid has entered the device.
there is nothing else you can do but to contact your local service center for repair Local support
