My phone keeps restarting

can somebody help me?

my phone keeps rebooting every minute...

i tried to remove my sd card and uninstalled other applications but it still keep on rebooting.

i also tried sony pc companion to update my software but my phone can't make it because it's restarting!

is there any other way aside from factory resetting?

i'm frustrated with this problem...

Turn your phone off > remove both cards (SIM and SD) > charge your phone for 1 hour then repair it with SUS (Not PCC)

i have finished updating using SUS..

but nothing have changed.. its still the same... my phone still go into boot loop... its really frustrating...
