Hi guys,
I got a brand new Neo V yesterday, fully updated it to the latest software and it has been fine since this morning. It constantly keeps restarting.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
Please anybody? Is the phone faulty or is it a known software issue?

But the replacement with the company I bought it from will take 4-6 weeks because of Stock... If it was a software problem wouldn't it just happen the same on a different phone anyway?
yes but who knws what the prob is ..
if sony says they are rolling an update soon then i believe they have solved it
but i'd still have preffered a replacement if i were in ur place..
btw for what time period is it that you can replace you phone ? 1 week or more ??
I'm going to get a replacement then if you think that's the best thing to do...
yes you should .. never keep a faulty unit .. you have paid lot of money .. you should get a perfectly working phone
