My Neo V is not charging even if the red LED is on.

Sometimes my phone charges its battery and sometimes it doesn't. But this time, whatever I do it's not charging even if the red LED is on. When I plug my phone on my laptop, it's detected but it also don't charge up. Please help. There's been a lot of problems on my phone lately. Sometimes I wish that I didn't bought this. It's so crappy.

Switch it off, and try charging it.

If it charges, it may be something draining your battery as fast as it charges.

If it doesn't charged when powered down, it must be a fault with teh phone or battery
