so me and my mum both have xperia phones ... i have the z1 and my mum has xperia m since yesterday i can't call her and she doesn't get my texts when i try to call her it says sorry you've not been given acceess to this service. thinking it was a problem on my end i've factory reset my phone and it didnt work now this morning my mum can't call anyone and doesn't recieve phone calls she can text but doesn't recieve any texts back we fatory reset her phone but no change and i put her sim into my phone and tried calling my dad which my phone allowed to call with her sim in it wouldn't call the phone call ended straight away after 4 tries nothing. could it be her sim card ?
