my mhl doesn't work

hi guys

I have a problem with connecting my phone(Xperia Sp) to TV via MHL cable.

I do all steps to connecting that its mention on my pgone user guide but doesn't work.

help me please.:smileycry:

Just switch off your TV and Mobile and connect both the devices. Then switch on the TV First then select MHL Input. Now turn on your mobile. It must connect.

Which MHL Cable?

my MHL cable is for Galaxy S3/s4/Note2

and before it i bought a mhl cable for Note3

but it doesn't work.

From what i've been able to find, those Samsung phones uses 11-pin MHL while we use 5-pin MHL so i suspect your cables will not work with your Xperia SP. You need to have a 5-pin MHL-cable.
Also, to use an MHL-cable you need to have a TV that supports MHL. If your TV only has standard HDMI you need a MHL-adapter with power input.
