I am personaly enjoying the ICS experiance. Its awesome. Thanks sony!
I am not experiancing the issues reported here like home screen lag, scrolling lag, gaming performance, wifi etc... so just wanna share my experiance through a video 
. Please watch and comment. All i did before upgrade is, uninstalled all apps, Restored the phone to factory defaults, upgraded using Sony update service. i love my phone more than ever now.

Mine is much more faster ( Arc S ) without any lag or anything.... extremly fine
