My icons are rearranged

My phone rearranges the icons after I disconnect it from PC.

As I see only those icons are rearranged whose applications are installed onto the SD card.

So those, who are installed onto the phone, stay in rest and the others are arranged to the end of the menu.

Can you help me with this issue? It's really annoying.

I have Xperia Ray with ICS 4.0.4
