My Hazel's screen not working ..everything else is working fine.

Hi Team,

My Hazel J20i 's screen is not working, I can make and recieve calls by dialing numbers. When I swith on the mobile, the screen blinks for 2/3 times and then nothing on the scree. It looks like a faded white screen. I have tried repairing it using the PC Companion's repair service for 2-3 times. Even after that its the same. It would be of great help if you can suggest me on how to resolve this problem.

Also Please let me know if there is a procedure to do a Hard Reset with the buttons, as I can't see the screen.  Also please let me know if any simulator is present for Hazel j20i, so that we can reset it using the simulator.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to make any type of hard reset on the unit via key combination. If you have performed a software repair via PC Companion it will reset the device and install the latest update. If the repair does not solve your issue it sounds more like a hardware fault than a software related problem. Thereby, the unit needs to be examined by a technician at a service center.

I suggest that you contact your local support team for further assistance about nearest service center to see if they can examine the unit and hopefully repair it:
