Have you been able to try with another SIM card, or would it be possible for you to do so?
@Mcoy If another SIM isn't working either then you should get your phone sent to an authorised service center for further examination. You can contact your Local support team for information on how to proceed from here.
Make sure to mention all of the things you are experiencing with your phone when you send it in.
