hi, i just bought my experia ray(ST18I) last june 2012. by the way i was lived here in philippines.
last august, i have just noticed my screen has a dead pixel when i have used my camera and noticed it in the dark room. i thought it was on lcd and i go to sony mobile service center at glorieta, ayala makati, philippines. they have checked and replaced the lcd but the dead pixel still there and they finally found out that the problem was on a camera. they said that they will replace my xperia ray's camera but they dont have stock. one of their stuff promised me that they will prioritize my camera and they said it will take only for 2 weeks but until now everytime i called them, still it wasn't arrive. what if i leave my phone at that service center, until now i dont have my phone. they put the 2 weeks fast replacement of unit and 1 year parts and service warranty on amy receipt but i didn't think that you don't have the parts it was almost 45days. is this the service you have?
this is my IEMI last 5 digit # 44142 i hope you are truly on the warranty and hope you have a good service, i have tried samsung's services and i have only wait for 10days, i thought sony ericsson have a better service than samsung but it's not. the first thing i love sony ericsson is camera next the performance and this deffective camera experia ray thing was my third sony ericsson phone 1st the ELM and 2nd the aino U10I. until when i would wait? is it after year? so i have to buy your camera and pay for a service charge or sony didn't care at all?
