my experia neo l cannot strat

please help...neo l phone cannot boot...cannot flash...not detect by pc

its cannot start..nothing apper on screen...cannot boot...not vibrate...when plug in chager..only red blink light...my battery is full...the light not blink 3 time...what should i do? please help...
