my E1 cannot work on 3G

I cannot get my new Xperia E1 work on 3G, it connects and so on but it gets too slow on the web. It keeps on working only on 2G

Is it E or E1?You started the topic in E section.Is it dual SIM?

Do you have the correct APN settings? How old is your SIM card? Is your phone 3G frequencies compatible with your carrier/network's 3G frequencies?

It is Just E1 D2005. I had 3G with my old chip and my old Sony Xperia x8! I can connect but It gets slow as It only works on 2G. It keeps on resetting though It has more than 50% of free memory and capacity. Sony is not Sony anymore It seems. It's a pity as I Do love Sony.
