My dualC3 stuck off

Just when I sign in sony mobile.com and activate find my displaced mobile service .. Then when I restart my phone .. I surprise that my phone were off screen .. And It didn't want to display ?? Then I tried to inform the Xperia web again but no response .... Plz help

Try to press the small button near the SIM tray to force shutdown the device.Turn it back on.
