my c1505 after update takes too long?

i just updating my experia c1505 firmware to 11.3.A.2.33... i finished it after downloading the updates... and its stuck like this in 3 hours by now...is it normal?

Force shutdown by pressing power button and volume up at the same time. Turn it back on.

thanks man but i press it like two minutes and nothing happened... 

is it okay to removed the battery?

Yes,remove the battery and put it back.

alex... it still wont work, and then i try to repair it with PCC... after it finished, i just got the RED LED notification blinkin 3 times and when i just let it connected to my laptop, the LED becomes GREEN light... what is that mean? and it wont turned on... help
