HI guys,
I'm Lloyd Daniel from the Philippines, i bought my new phone from Sony Center with 1 year warranty a month ago. i sent my phone for i noticed a dead pixel on my screen also it's camera and flash is off-centered and had a chassis gap on it's left bottom part. If ever my phone is opened, will i worry about it's waterproof capabilities even if the sony service center assured me that it's still waterproof? i still don't know if the sony service center facility here in philippines can handle waterproofness of my phone? what will I look first or test first just to check it's water tightness? I want a replace but Sony Avid Phls don't want to address my concerns and problems. will I seek legal advise from a Lawyer and persons from the Department of Trade and Industries?

hi guys,
i would like to hear your tips and advices, i bought my Xperia z2 only last August 2015, after a month, i brought my unit to the nearest service center for repair because i noticed a dead pixel on my screen on a black background, they did not fix the off centered camera and led flash. And now only after 2 months after the 1st repair, another dead pixel was present again at my phones display only in black background.
should I claim another warranty again?
should I complain to the store owner from which I bought my phone?
should I also call the attention of the goverment authorities(Dept. of Trade and Industries) here in Philippines, which governs this said products?
Should I tell them to replace my phone?
please help me Guys!!!
