My Arc S won't power ON. Need help :(

my phone freezed and screen blacked out. removed that battery and installed it back but still it won't turn ON. also tried to put the wall charger and still same problem. the unit is just vibrating after pressing power button.

Hi, suggest you leave phone to charge for some time. If still unsuccessful, visit your local Service Centre for repair.

tried your suggestion and the Led indicator is on steady red light. It seems that theres a possible problem in battery or in mainboard.

tried to plug my unit to my laptop but it was not able to detect.

it seems that it needs to bring it to Sevice center for repair. unit is still under warranty.

for SUS or PCC to work the battery must be at least 50% charged, what happen when you connect the phone to the computer? does the LED turn on ?
