My Acro S has so many screen scratches already, could I claim a warranty for this and have my screen clear again. I thought the phone should be scratch proof.

it is the shatterproof sheet that is being scratched, not the screen itself, and the screen is only scratch RESISTANT not scratch proof, try to see if you can replace the shatter proof sheet,

no u cant claim warranty for that.faults due to daily wear and tear are not covered under warranty as per warranty terms and conditions
