mw600 volume problems

My headset mw600 dont change the volume, but the volume control works fine...

how can i fix it?

Which phone are you using this accessory with?

If you press the volume keys on the phone, does the volume change at all?

Any difference between music and calls?

Yeah... if i change the volume on phone, the volume change in headset to but stays low

The volume of phone changes but on headset not..

No...both in music and calls... in radio to...the volume also does not change

Can you please try to connect your headset to a different phone and see if the volume stays at the same low level?

It might be a compatibility issue rather than a defect in the headset/phone.

Volume slider ,track changer,play/pause , call buttons nothing is working. As soon as device is powered on, it is going into pairing mode. Normal mode is not coming
