Hi

I have muted my phone and cannot unmute it. I cannot find the 'mute icon'. What does it look like and where is it?  the problem does not right itself between calls.

Any thoughts?

You'll find the icon for mute when you are in a call. It's next to the speaker icon and the dialer icon. The phone should unmute by it self to every new call if you had the call muted when the call was ended.

If the phone doesn't unmute by it self you should restart the phone by press volume up and power at the same time until the phone vibrates (Xperia Z) or press the ON/OFF button behind the battery cover with a pen for 5-6 seconds (Xperia ZL).
