Music play problem

Hi,

I am facing a problem.My xpreia sola can not play any music.Even ,using earphone I can not listen any music.When someone call me,there is no ringtone sound.But when I recive the call,I heard the caller speech and he also heared me.I  have flashed the phone several time,but no outcome. Please give me the solution...

Did you try other music players from Google Play?
Does other apps or games able to produce sounds?
