multitoch doesnt work at times..please help

Guys its been 4days since I bought my xperia sp. It was the best pone I had so far. But as I started playing some football I realised that it is reading only a single touch...and wen I tried multitouch test.. After a restart it gave 10 points bt again after some times it gave like 4,2,3,6......please help me as I cant even play games properly now...

First of all I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
