Multiple phone calendars

I seem to hjave multiple calendars, 2 of which have the same name which is causing a problem with synchonising with desktop via Birdiesync.  Anyone have a suggestion of how to delete these duplicate calendars?

Are you certain about that? one might be google calendar 

settings > apps > downloaded

Hi - I have checked and there are no downloaded calendar apps.  I think it was created by Birdiesync - however, there seems no way to delete a calendar?

uninstall that app > restart your phone > check again
