multiple issues

Hi

I appear to be having a few niggly issues with my z1 compact;
Occasionally touch screen freezes or is unresponsive resulting in several reboots per week, screen went blank the other day in middle of a call, still could hear but blank, then the other day I had to reboot again( volume +power) and got warning triangle/exclamation mark and spanner sign?, this stayed on screen for 2 mins then phone started?

boot on safe mode over night and if you don't experience any issues then its a third party app.

If that safe mode doesn't work then repair your device with PC Companion

Put into safe mode all day yesterday, no issues, have uninstalled some recent apps, rebooted yesterday evening into normal mode, only issue since is screen seem unresponsive this morning after charging battery?
