i need a solution as i have no convincing response from any one from sony whom i have interacted with be it call center support or service center or email support , email support is pathetic no response i have send email 3 days back with no response where does the customer go .

8 days back when i received my new Xperia ZR phone i was a proud Owner of the phone but my opinion about the phone is not the same as i have been having multiple issue with the phone software wise design wise and assistance or support from sony to respond to my queries.
Issue Software
1) Phone is lagging intermittently
2) Panorama Shot in camera does not work as its suppose to
3) when we uninstall McAfee Antivirus phone starts to behave weird it becomes sluggish and slow
4) Stamina mode stops working at time it gives false calibration and time that battery will last .
5)Unable to use the file transfer option in the phone to transfer media files from internal memory to SD card
that option under storage is grayed out
6) Unable to Install Apps on my SD card from internal memory.
Hardware issue
1) Sony website and white paper documents say that this phone is scratch resistance but for a new phone for 8 days usage has many hair line scratches which should not be a case when any X company claims that that's there phone is scratch resistance it should be a scratch resistance . There are examples of many companies which claims that and there phone is scratch resistance and the mean it not like my phone which is scratch resistance and i still have scratches how do i trust the brand i would have used a third party screen guard if company wouldn't have mention about scratch resistance.
2) Battery drains out very quickly even after stamina mode is activated it last just little over half a day i have tested the phone with various usage with full usage with internet on Wifi it last for half day. with only Edge connection it last for little over half day . without internet usage just calling SMS the phone battery last for 1 day that to calling hours would 2 hours maximum.
3 phone get heated where NFC is situated i want to know the temperature which company calls it to be normal as i am aware that its common for smart phone with quad core to be warm so wanted a clarification about temperatures from technical person .
4) Mic does not work intermittently when on call the phone goes to sleep mode it becomes black and that when the MIC does not work .
Steps take by me to fix the issue .
1) done a software reset twice for software lag.
2) i have tested the phone with stock apps that came with sony phone and still lags
3) i have even installed all trusted app from Google play only and still it lags .
4) the phone does not have in build task manager or memory optimizer to kill background apps that will add to battery time.
5) Battery calibration done still no luck with battery
6) I have reduce the brightness of display to 4% and unchecked bravia 2 engine option as well to get a better battery still i have same issue with battery draining out .
5) i have not installed any apps i just have says about 4 apps installed apart from stock apps send with the phone
6) i want to install games and lot pf app but scared but it will over load my internal memory and my phone performance will dip .
7) phone has limitation to transfer my apps from internal memory to external SD card i wanted a clarification on this one
i have read mixed review saying that we can change the location of the memory card from internal to external SD card
by going in to USb debug mode and write a command using ADB tool to set the memory location as external but didnot try that because thought it will void the warranty Is it Android jelly bean limitation if yes what will customer do with 8 GB internal memory even though he has SD card .
i have paid almost 1000 Rs to get a class 10 ultra speed strontium card but its turns out to be useless because i cannot transfer my apps from internal to external neither i can install more apps i am stuck with piece of lemon i paid 29k for a phone which does not perform the way it needs to i have quad core process i cant make max utilization of it with more apps .
I have 2 GB RAM for multitasking but i cant me the Fullest usage as i have limitation to apps installed on my internal memory card
I love the phone for it design form factors it feels when great externally but when see inside i have so many issue with it
which makes me annoyed for this i could have got a better phone in this price .
I have logged a ticket with Sony support and ticket# is 13072501176 and i had also been to Sony authorize service center is Bangalore that is in Indiranagar CMH road name of service center is SONNETT as per them they don't have latest software update for this phone they will once again reset the phone and reload the same firmware and Android OS which i am sure will not fix the bug and they said that will give me phone -phone replacement or i need to contact the place where i bought the unit to get a new replacement box piece but am Afraid the new unit that i will receive will also have a same issue unless Sony does something to fix this bugs with new Android version 4.3 update and hardware firmware patch
So i need a solution on this i want a response from sony design and highest technical team whether all this problem of mine will be address with just a firmware update os OS upgrade then i am more than happy to wait for update but if no then i need a replacement from sony with better model may xperia Z or latest phone which does not have so many flaws like this i am really disappointed with sony email support i send 4 mails i gets response to 1 with repeated and same Troubleshooting steps that i have performed no 1 at sony seem to have proper answer even then phone support team they ignorant they are not aware what sony is up to whats happening with sony at the background with software i felt disgusting when i am talking to bunch of ignorant when i was at sony service center they have least info about my issue and product and its updates it seem like we both were on different platform i am saying something all he was saying was leave the phone will update the software but for the fact that there is no update for software from sony.
i feel so horrible for picking this phone i started using sony products when i was 16 i had my 1st sony phone sony Ericsson K10 which was the best phone of my time after which i picked up couple sony phone but they were not upto to the mark it quality had started dipping thats when i had lost the faith in this brand and thats when sony was out of smart phone market unless they came up with some good product like xperia S with the phone ZR i was so happy to be back to sony but my disappointment continues.
please provide me solution and i need it asap as i still have option open from my seller for complete refund my seller where i got this product has 15 days refund . SONY Please provide me solution for this problem please help me .
and for god sake don't come up with some stupid answers i want a reply from design person and technical person who could explain the faults and failure .
i want a latest phone phone which i good without so many issue .
