move apps to sdcard option

Hello. I cannot install any apps on my sd card.  Moving apps to sd is also impossible,  there are no option in settings for apps. My phone is rooted and work on stock 4.4.4 rom from Sony.  I have tried folder mount and few another application but it fail.  How to install anything on sd?  I have seen solution on xda,  but it sounds for me like joke because cannot bealive that as simple function maybe as complicated. Is it any simple way to unlock installing or moving into sd? If not  Can I claim compensation or send back this device to seller because it is not fully functional?

Which version of Android your ZU is running?

I used to move my apps to SD card when it was in 4.3 something, but after upgraded to KitKat, there is no way to do so.
