i am having a seriouse problem with my mouthpiece. if l make a call l could hear the person speak but when l talk the person cannot hear me at all. please help tnx
Be careful not to mute the microphone during the call.If the proximity sensor is not covered during a call,you may press accidentally mute with your face or ear.
