I just wanted to ask whether any modifications (xperia s look, jelly bean look, themes, etc) can be done for an UNROOTED neo running ics? I really don't understand the rooting, booting, flashing stuff.
try searching google play for apps like Go launcher
I installed the go launcher....but most of the good golauncher themes are paid.
Sometimes good apps costs money so it's worth spending a few bucks to support the developers.
You also have Launcher Pro, ADW launcher etc otherwise to try out.
