modem for Internetcommunication

I would like to use my SE arc S  as a modem to communicate with my Netbook with the Internet.
Communication between Netbook and arc S:  Bluetooth.

Here are the instructions for setting up your phone as a modem:

To configure a Wi-Fi^® hotspot:

1. From the Home screen, tap the Application screens icon.
2. Find and tap Settings Wireless & networks Tethering & portable hotspot > Portable Wi-Fi hotspot settings.
3. If needed, tap Configure Wi-Fi hotspot.
4. Enter a Network SSID and select Security. If needed enter a Password. Tap Save.

Then:

To share your phone’s data connection as a portable Wi-Fi^® hotspot:

1. From the Home screen, tap the Application screens icon.
2. Find and tap Settings Wireless & networks Tethering & portable hotspot.
3. Mark the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot checkbox. The phone starts broadcasting its Wi-Fi^®network name (SSID). You can now connect to this network with up to 8 computers or other devices.
4. Unmark the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot checkbox when you want to stop sharing your data connection via Wi-Fi^®.

Finally:

To rename or secure your portable hotspot:

1. From the Home screen, tap the Application screens icon.
2. Find and tap Settings Wireless & networks Tethering & portable hotspot.
3. Make sure the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot checkbox is marked.
4. Tap Portable Wi-Fi hotspot settings Configure Wi-Fi hotspot.
5. Enter the Network SSID for the network.
6. Tap the Security field to select a security type.
7. If you select a security type that requires a password, enter a password.
8. Tap Save.

But your information is not, what I mean. I think, my question was not quite correctly.

Here my second try.

1. My Netbook communicate with my mobile (SE arc S) about Bluetooth
2. There is no LAN or WLAN, an Internet-communication is only possible by mobile Communication
3. For these mobile comm. I use the   SE arc S
4. The way of the Internetcomm. I want to use: Netbook SE arc S Internet
5. The communication Netbook   SE arc S is all right
6. The next step as a communication SE arc S Internet is not working.
   For this case I am looking for a solution.
