Mobile Touch not working

Suddenly my mobile touch the bottom left corner (the Home and Back) disabled please advise me not to buy one more week

Dial(phone app) *#*#7378423#*#* > Service Tests > Keyboard & switch > Perform the test.

Also, perform a software repair using Sony Update Service.

OMG hardware related issues are hardly possible to fix via software repair, and since your issue is obviously a hardware one, dont even bother to ask for help here but find out where is your nearest sony service and bring it to them to fix it.
