I bought a mobile sony xperia z on 12/03/2013.Now, the mobile is not functioning.I contact the service center at trichy on 10/05/13 they informed me to approach the chennai service center.I sent it through my friend and he enquired the chennai service center at chrompet and he has given the mobile No.9784738082.They kept the mobile morethan a month.At that time they have given the mobile no for contact is 9094790513. They told contact after the ten days repeatedely and finally ,they told that it cannot be done here and if you are ready to receiver Rs.10,000 we will give or otherwise you have to bought a new one and they received the voucher which was given by them.In the center,that mobile was received by a gentle man.I don't know the name of that gentleman.
Please take imdiate action for my complained.I am very much suffered from this tention.I hope you will take action this complaind and do favour.
