Mobile phone charges no longer at the socket?

Hello. I can only charge my phone from a PC. When I connect the phone to the wall socket, it can not charge. I have already tried 3 different charger, the battery in the phone exchange and set back to factory default settings. The problem remains. Does anybody advice?

is this Sony's usb cable or a different brand?

I tried one LG cable,the original cable and an no-name cable.Same Problem
