mobile not working properly

my sony xperia l   is not  working properly . my mobile hangs almost everytimes when i use it. 

its always hangs ,and hangs......\

i have buy it on november 2013

i hope my complain will be solve as soon as possible.

i beleive in sony xperia......hope so  my mobile will work properly.

Boot your phone in safe mode,see if it works better:

If the problem still persists in safe mode I suggest that you try to reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".
