Good day, I am using Xperia Z2, my mobile data isn't working I already did downloading internet & MMS setting but still it doesn't work. the phone is new as well as the sim card. Thanks

Does it work while on safe mode ?

Hellow.... When i turn it on it looks like nothing happens nothing appears on the top screen. Then when i browse it will note no internet connction..

How to check if it is in safe mode??
I purchased d phone for a month and sincebi have not used the mobile data

it should say safe mode and any app that you have installed will not be available.

You could try this method.

Hold the power key > press and hold on Power Off > Select Boot to Safemode
