hi, please help me.. i cant use my mobile data, i have my internet plan and open my mobile data but yet i cant access into the net.. please help mee.. tnx

Do you have the correct APN settings? how old is the SIM card?

yes i have the right settings, my sim card is about a month old..

Perhaps its an app acting up
