Mobile Data Issue

Hi! everyone,

I usually use a Wi-Fi network at my house and everything works fine. However, when I am outside I switch on my mobile data and the difficulty starts. I cannot get messages from Viber,Tango and Whats App. Moreover, It takes a lot of time to send messages over facebook. It would be really helpful if someone helps me with this issue.

Sometimes the operators proxy can cause problems for apps like those. Try removing the proxy/port from your internet settings under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> [your settings] and see if that helps.

If data is slow, also check that 3G (WCDMA) is enabled under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Network mode.

If this doesn't help i recommend that you contact your operator regarding these problems.
