Mobile data/internet

I got my sony SP the other day and cant seem to connet to the internet apart from when using wifi. Ive turned my mobile data on and off,turned the phone on and off and tried several things in the settings.
Then when i turn my data on and wifi off i cant get on facebook outside my house.
Any ideas? Thanks:)

Download internet settings : go to settings\Xperia\Internet setting.

Do you have the correct Apn settings for the internet from your provider?
