In My Xperia E3 dual
"Mobile data Disabled"
I will disable WiFi or change to vibrate uing power button, it will notify several times. One notification is fine but prompting every time is annoying.
Before 4.4.4 update (4.4.2) its not happening.
Are you referring to the pop message when you turn on/off the data?
