Hello,
I have done a factory reset via pc companion. After that the UKW Radio App is missing. The App is listed in menue "all apps" but the size is 0 byte. Is there a possibility to download and install the app again?
thanks in advance
and you have not disable the app?
Hello,
no the app is still active but with 0,00 bytes 😞
I had this issue and to solve it I had to open Settings then Apps and swipe to all then locate and open the Radio app and tap on uninstall update in the top right then after a reboot it worked fine and the icon was back

Hi,
unfortunately there isn´t a tap to uninstall update. The translations of the tabs are force stop and disable.
As it's a system app the only thing I can think of is to either perform another factory reset or try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
