Missing features and changed design after updating.

Hi wondering if.anyone can help me.I just got a new Sony Xperia z3 today and I've updated the system and.everything seemed to.be fine at first and then I notices my notification bar at the top had changed.from black.to grey and everything is different and seems to.be a lot of missing features.still missing if anyone can help I'd be veeeeeeeeeeeery gratefull

This is 5.0.2. There aren't features missing, you can add them by pressing edit and dragging them.
