Missing feature Guest Mode

Why has Sony removed the feature Guest Mode which is available on the Xperia Tablet S?

Surely these features are worth having since they are included in Android 4.2...

I'm just suprised that Sony removed a feature it has had since 4.0.3.

Unfortunately I don't have any information regarding this. I will however forward the feedback internally.

Perhaps with the multi user feature in 4.2, keeping Sony unique guest and transitioning from that to the stock multi user for 4.2 seemed not worth the effort?

Yes this could be the reason but then it would make more sense for Sony to release the Tablet Z with Android 4.2 directly instead of 4.1.2...

There is that. It does seem kinda pathetic that Sony brings their first reallly competitve tablet--the first one that says Sony is serious about selling a tablet--to market six months after 4.2 was released running 4.1.

“Guest account” not continued. This feature has been announced as a function on tablet z, and was one of my reason to choose this tablet.

We are waiting for a good reason why it is not there!
