Missing calls, volume slide to zero

I keep missing calls, when I check the volume it is sliding back to zeero volume. How to prevent this from happening?

Hi Raldy and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

It is also worth being aware of the volume buttons on the side of the phone, if you accidentally press and hold those that will also impact the volume and is one of the more common causes of the issue you have described.
