missing backlight on qwerty and sym button dosen't work

Hi,

after update to the latest android 4.0 and now 4.1.b.0.587. The backlight on qwerty and sym button is gone. Anyone have an idea to fix it. Have tried to factory reset the phone but it dosen't work.

Sounds like it would be wise to try performing a repair of your phone's software.

I do not think that you have read my post. I have repaired or factory reset the phone.
