I've downloaded a number of apps to My M4, most are fine but a significant number show on the apps store (web site) as installed but dont appear on the phone. I can't remove the aps on the web site and I can't reload them to the phone as they show as already installed. Recent apps include Ringo parking app and National Lottery neither appear on the phone. Tried to download an app remover, guess what?.... didn't make it to the phone....Any ideas?
